Geek clothes. Rooby Lane

It is always nice to see some geeky designers who do clothes for geek woman. In Etsy shop you can find Rooby Lane, where she can build you any corset you want with the geek fabric of your choice for about $200. I actually have done a corset myself and believe me for that amount of work it is worth the price, it took me about 3 months to finish it.

She has too pretty skirts with cool geek fabric that varies about $40-$70. Here you can see her Etsy shop and her stuff.

Here you can see some of my favorite stuff, but there is a lot more you can check out.

Geek Jerseys

As I said before in some other of my posts, every day is easier for geeks to find clothes according to their hobbies and most loved theme shows, videogames, etc. The last awesome geeky-clothes website that I discovered was Geeky Jerseys. And as the name says it sells Jerseys, but instead of having your  team on it it has your favorite geek character. You can buy this awesome jerseys for 95$, sometimes you have to wait till a particular Jersey has a minimum of orders, but I think it is worth the pain. Here you can see some of my favorites:

Design #5

I still keep playing nowadays with Pokemon, one of the most played games of gameboy ever, and I wanted to show my love for Pokemon in one of my designs. So I decided to draw a Pokeball, one of the most known icons of the series. It is simple, but I think it looks great and looks even more awesome when I am wearing my own DIY Ash Ketchum cap.

Pokemon dresses

As a geek, I spent most of my time surfing the internet and looking for geek stuff in other websites and blogs. I came by coincidence to a blog where a girl designs outfits inspired in all the first 150 Pokemon and I totally fell in love with it. The blog is 29CentPens and there you can see the awesome things this Canadian artistic student. It is been some months since she last published something, but you can still see the amazing designs of about 50 Pokemons already. You should check it out, I just love it.

You can see here some of my favourite designs and Pokemons too:

I hope she keeps doing them, they are amazing. I would love to wear them, they are so cool.

DIY Ash Ketchum cap

A few months ago there was some party in my home university where we had to dress up with the theme of cartoon characters. I dressed up as one of my childhood idols: Ash Ketchum. Looks so cool and is so easy to make.
You only need some green gloves, some jeans, red belt, a black t-shirt and some sneakers, the 2 more difficult things to make are the jacket and the cap, and it was easier than expected too. You just need a red cap, that I bought for about two euros in local cheap shop, some fabric paint and some masking tape. Cover the edges of the cap with the masking tape so you do not paint on the rest of it and paint the design on the front. It just looks adorable and you can just wear it as a usual cap as I do.

It looks good with everything and gets you prepared to catch them all!
